It is reported that a shopping mall with an area of 60000 square meters will be built at the original site of the old leather city - Haining Longcheng Commercial Plaza.

It is reported that since the old city of Haining Leather City was vacant in October 2005, Leather City Co., Ltd. has contacted several enterprises such as Zhejiang Agricultural Development Group to rent it as a whole. After comprehensive comparison of development capacity, development orientation, rent level, etc., it decided to cooperate with Ego Group. Yesterday, the relevant personnel of Ego Group told reporters that the Ego Group, with digital chain and blue real estate as its core, started to enter the field of commercial real estate operation last year, bringing the two most popular foreign business models, Shopping Mall and Outlets, to the second and third tier cities in China, Haining Old Leather City just has the resource advantage in this respect.

"Haining is the first stop of Longcheng Commercial Plaza in China. We will combine the advantages of the two business models to build Haining Longcheng Commercial Plaza into a one-stop shopping center integrating shopping, catering, entertainment and leisure, and make it the new commercial landmark with the highest level and the strongest cultural and entertainment atmosphere in Haining!"
