HUAYU Shaoxing Successfully Developed A New Double Twister.

Zhejiang Shaoxing HUAYU Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. trial production of high-speed ultra-fine fiber twister recently passed the acceptance of new products at the provincial level.

In order to meet the requirements of high-speed and superfine processing, the company innovating the original Japanese Murata 310G spindle of the chemical fiber twister. It reduced the size of the rotor and the spindle, and improved the structure of the high-speed spindle seat, so that the speed of the double twister spindle increased to 16000 rpm, and the noise and energy consumption did not rise and fall, and the 20D superfine wire was processed.

In order to make the bobbin frame stable and reduce the effect of tension fluctuation and improve the evenness index of twist, the original 310G of Japanese Murata was pformed into a thick steel plate structure, and the original single hole double hole positioning was changed into double four hole positioning, which increased the rigidity and stability of the winding bobbin frame.

According to the national textile machinery quality supervision and inspection center, compared with the original spindle, the new spindle has a driving power of 8000 revolutions per minute, from original 6W/ to 4W/ ingots, and from the original 13.26W/ spindle to 7.54W/ ingot under the condition of 12000 rpm.
