Test method for shoelace breaking force

1 theme content and scope of application

This standard specifies the test method of shoelace breaking force.

This standard applies to the determination of shoelace breaking force of various materials.

2 Principle

The force needed to pull the sample cut off the shoelace on the tensile machine is the breaking force of the shoelace.

3 test equipment

3.1 tensile testing machine

3.1.1 maximum load should not exceed 250N (250kgf).

3.1.2 load range can be divided into three files: 500N (0~50kgf): 1000N (0~100kgf); 2500N

(0~250kgf) the test uses a minimum load range.

3.1.3 accuracy: + 1%.

3.1.4 has strong fixtures and leather pads in metal clamps.

3.1.5 stretching speed can be adjusted to 100 + 10mm/min.

4 sample

4.1 the length of the specimen between the clamping units is 200 mm.

4.2 at least 5 shoelaces.

4.3 the temperature of the sample is 20 + 10, and the humidity is 65 + 5%. The condition is adjusted by 48h.

Wet sample determination does not state adjustment, but the sample should be placed at 20 + 10 C, and the concentration of 1% of the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether aqueous solution wetted 1H.

Note: if there is no constant temperature and humidity equipment, use the saturated solution of pure ammonium nitrate or pure ammonium nitrite in the dryer, then dry and dry it into the thermostat with a temperature of 20 + 10 degrees Celsius, so that the above can be achieved in the dryer.

Standard temperature and humidity.

5 test conditions

5.1 stretching speed: 100 + 20mm/min.

5.2 ambient temperature: room temperature.

6 test procedure

6.1 dry sample determination.

6.1.1 stretching speed: adjusted to specified value.

6.1.2 pfer the tension indicator to zero.

6.1.3 adjust the two clamp edge 200 mm.

6.1.4 take out the sample from the thermostat and immediately insert the two sides of the sample into the upper and lower two fixtures.

6.1.5 actuate the position machine to record the force value of the specimen during fracture.

6.2 wet sample determination

6.2.1 removed the sample from the aqueous solution of "fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether" and made the water out and tested according to 6.1 tests.

Note: Cotton shoe lace can be measured only by dry sample, and chemical fiber products shoelace should be dry and wet.

7 test results

7.1 the arithmetic result is taken as the arithmetic average, and the unit is expressed as "N", and the effective digit to the digit.

7.2 the test results of the specimen slipping or breaking at the clamp and the breaking force relative to the mean deviation of 10% are invalid.

7.3 the effective test data for calculating the average value must not be less than 5.

8 test report

The test report should include the following:

A. indicates that the test is carried out according to this standard (ZBY75022-90).

B. test number, name, specification, production unit;

Pretreatment conditions of C. test;

D. laboratory temperature, humidity and stretching speed;

E. test results;

F. test personnel and date.

Test Method For Longitudinal Stiffness Of Leather Shoes

The longitudinal stiffness test method for leather shoes 1: subject content and application scope. This standard specifies the test method for the longitudinal flexural rigidity of leather shoes. This standard is applicable to the determination of the longitudinal bending rigidity of leather shoes. The 2 principle is to fix the heel of the hook and load it at its front end, causing it to bend and deform and measure the bending deflection of the hook so as to calculate the bending rigidity of the
