What Are The Types Of Banquets?
国际上通用的宴请形式有宴会、招待会、茶会、工作餐等,而至于采取何种形式,一般根据活动的目的、邀请对象以及经费开支等因素来决定。每种类型的宴请均有与之匹配的特定规格及要求。
宴会:系盛情邀请贵宾餐饮的聚会,按隆重程度、出席规格,可分为国宴,正式宴会和便宴。按举行时间,又有早宴、午宴和晚宴之分,一般说来,晚宴较之早宴和午宴更为隆重、正式。
招待会:是指各种不配备正餐的宴请类型,一般备有食品和酒水,通常不排固定的席位,可以自由活动,常见的有冷餐会和酒会。
茶会:是一种简便的招待形式,一般在下午四时左右举行,也有的在上午十时左右进行。其地点通常设在客厅,厅内摆茶几,座椅,不排坐席。但若为贵宾举行的茶会,在入坐时,主人要有意识地与主宾坐在一起,其他出席者可相对随意。
Working meal: It is a form of informal banquet which is commonly used in international communication. The host and guest eat together while dining together. Meals can be divided into working breakfast, working lunch and working dinner according to the meal time. This form of banquet is both simple and hygienic, especially when the schedule is tense.
