Sino Foreign Joint Venture Labor Contract

The company (hereinafter referred to as Party A) is a Sino foreign joint venture enterprise. We now employ Mr. / Mrs / MS (hereinafter referred to as Party B) as the contract worker of Party A, and sign this contract on the date of the month of the year.

Article 1 Party B's Work Department

The second probation period: after being hired, Party B must undergo a probationary period of six months.

The third work arrangement: Party A has the right to arrange the work of Party B according to the needs of production and work and the ability and performance of Party B. Party B must obey the management and arrangement of Party A and complete the tasks assigned by Party A according to the quality and quantity within the stipulated working hours.

Fourth education and training: during the period of Party B's employment, Party A is responsible for the education and training of Party B's professional ethics, business technology, safety production and various rules and regulations.

Fifth production and working conditions: Party A shall provide Party B with a safe and hygienic working environment that meets the requirements of the state, otherwise Party B shall have the right to refuse to work or terminate the contract.

Sixth working hours: Party B works for no more than 6 days per week, and does not exceed 8 hours per day (excluding meal time).

If overtime work is required, Party A shall pay Party B an overtime payment for Party B in accordance with the same period of rest or in accordance with the national standards.

Seventh labor remuneration: Party A shall determine the income of Party B's work in accordance with the wage forms and assessment methods stipulated by the company every month, pay wages and bonuses to Party B in cash and Renminbi, and pay various subsidies and welfare costs to Party B in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.

Eighth labor insurance benefits: Party A shall pay Party B medical expenses, sick leave, disability pension, retirement pensions and other labor insurance benefits in accordance with the provisions of the state labor insurance Ordinance.

Party B enjoys 7 days of national statutory holidays, such as new year's day, Spring Festival, may day and eleven.

If Party B's family members are in the field, Party B shall enjoy family planning and enjoy the family leave treatment and family planning leave treatment according to the state regulations.

Party B shall enjoy the annual leave treatment if it meets the company's vacation conditions.

Ninth labor protection: Party A provides labor protection articles and health food products to Party B according to the state regulations according to the requirements of production and work.

Party A shall provide corresponding labor protection for female workers during menstrual period, pregnancy, puerperium and lactation period according to the state regulations.

The tenth labor discipline: Party B shall abide by the state's laws and regulations, the code of workers and the rules and regulations of Party A.

Eleventh rewards and penalties: Party A will give Party B material and spiritual reward according to Party B's work attitude, labor performance and contribution size according to the company's reward and punishment regulations.

If Party B violates the code of employees and other rules and regulations of Party A, Party A shall have the right to punish Party B.

If Party B violates the criminal law and is punished by law, Party A will dismiss the contract and terminate it.

The twelfth contract period: this contract comes into force on the date of signing. The limited period is the year of the year of the year.
