Narrow Enclosure

If you design a shallow bottom shoe with full bottom, you can make use of the narrow feature of the fence and leave no space between the shoes.

This is another way to design full bottom shoes.

The characteristics of the shallow surround shoes are narrow and long.

The size of the strip is narrowed, and the amount of wrinkled shoes will be reduced by adults. This is a relationship between scissors difference, and the narrow strip can be properly deformed without affecting the final shaping effect.

According to the method of figure 2-5-18, we first design the rear package, and control the length of the bottom port and the length of the rear arc.


According to the method of wheel rotation, the contour of the rear part is designed to connect to the B point of the rear package and to the boundary line.

The punching position of the front shoe of the shoe body is calculated according to the length difference between the fence strip and the shoe cover, and the total spacing of the wrinkles is determined and the spacing between each hole is determined.

The punching position of the rear gang does not change much, and is adjusted according to the original hole position.

The position of the rear pocket is larger than that of the upper one, and is redistributed according to the number of holes.



The position of punching is in the position of 2mm.

The distance between the double rows of holes on the cover is 3mm, while the rear row holes are relative when the string is slit, and the spacing strip is 1mm apart from the first row hole.

Because of the setting of pressing stubble, the position of the retaining strip is stable, and there will be no big deformation.

If you want to increase the spacing between the two rows of holes, the width should be increased.



Note that the distance between the double row holes behind the bags is also 3mm.


The basic template of the back bar and the back tongue is shown in figure 2-5-28.

The back bar and the back tongue should also be added with the amount of stubble, double row holes and 3mm spacing.

The back arc line of the back bar is made by splicing process, and then the tongue is used to cover the seam line.
