At the meeting of the national industry association reform and development experience conference, we, the representatives of one hundred industry associations, gathered in Guangzhou to work together to promote the development of the industry and conspire to enhance our social responsibility.

As an economic and democratic self-governing organization, trade associations as a bridge and link between governments, enterprises and markets, have the responsibility to promote social development, have the responsibility of providing public goods and services, have the responsibility to express and maintain the interests of the industry, have the responsibility of coordinating and stabilizing the society, and have an integrated society.

First, improve organizational governance, strengthen self construction, strictly abide by national laws and regulations, uphold social ethics and conduct standards, improve corporate governance structure, conduct business activities according to the constitution of the association, consciously accept government supervision and social supervision, and enhance credit, power, credibility, appeal and cohesiveness.

Two, strengthen industry self-discipline, service industry development.

We should enhance the overall awareness, industry awareness and self-discipline awareness. We should improve the industry standard conventions, maintain a good market order, promote the integrity of the industry, enhance the reputation and image of the industry, express the demands on behalf of the interests of the industry, enterprises and members, set up communication platforms, and promote exchanges and cooperation within and outside the industry.

Three, promote the development of members and harmonious labor relations.

We should adhere to the principle of "people-oriented", ensure the rights and interests of members in Taiwan law, strengthen education and enhance the quality of members, improve the development mechanism of members, strengthen the cohesive force of associations, and strengthen the building of professional teams of trade associations.

Four support public welfare and actively repay society.

We should give full play to the role of the association platform, integrate industry resources, enthusiastically participate in social assistance and charity, care and support the development of social undertakings in education, culture, health and so on, divide the worries for the government, solve problems by society, and contribute to the harmonious and stable society.

Five, practice environmental conservation and serve the "two oriented society".

Strengthening awareness, innovating system, improving quality and standardizing management, from the perspective of resources and environmental protection in China, we advocate that the whole industry formulate green office system and establish daily behavior standards, reduce energy consumption, reduce pollution emissions, carry out energy conservation and environmental protection training, organize environmental public welfare activities, and advocate public protection of the environment.

Six, establish a long-term mechanism to promote members' responsibilities.

From the aspects of organizational management, system building and capacity building, we should build a working system to promote social responsibility. We should use various platforms and take various forms to guide industry enterprises to conscientiously fulfill their social responsibilities in such aspects as scientific development, fair operation, environmental protection and economy, safety in production, safeguarding the rights and interests of customers and consumers, win-win cooperation, harmonious labor relations and community participation and development.

Today, with the rapid development of our harmonious society and the rapid development of social responsibility, we have a long way to go.

The five principles and six responsibilities that we advocate are the goals of our industry associations to fulfill their social responsibilities. It is our industry association's vision to guide industry enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities. Let's join hands and work together for the prosperity of the socialist market economy and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way under the leadership of the party and the government.
