On the third member of the China Federation of textile industry

Member units and related units:

In order to conscientiously carry out the spirit of the party in the fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, thoroughly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, speed up the pformation of the mode of economic development, and do a good job of the work of the "12th Five-Year" plan for the textile industry in a comprehensive and in-depth manner, review and summarize the work done since the two Council, elect the Third Council and study the main ideas of the whole industry in the coming period.

The Federation of Chinese textile industry is scheduled to hold the third member congress of the China Textile Industry Federation in Beijing in November 11, 2011.

The China Textile Industry Association has approved the approval of the SASAC, and the Ministry of Civil Affairs has been renamed the China Textile Industry Federation.

The relevant matters of the conference are hereby notified as follows:

I. main contents of the conference

(1) leading comrades' speeches;

(two) Comrade Du Yuzhou's work report on the two session of the Council;

(three) election of the third session of the Federation of China Textile Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Sino spinning Federation);

(four) convening the first board of directors of the third board of China Federation of textile industry

(five) to convene a three executive board of China Textile Federation.

To prepare for the general election, a preparatory meeting of the second board of directors will be held at 19:30 on November 10th. It will inform the preparatory work of the general assembly and the main agenda, procedures and other matters. The second session of the China Textile Industry Association will be held.
