According to the staff of Lu'an Association of consumers, recent complaints about laundry have increased, mainly in the following aspects: first, the entry threshold of laundry is low, many employees have not received professional training, do not understand the logo of clothes washing or do not follow the washing logo; two, some laundry facilities are obsolete and backward, and equipment and technology are not up to standard.
