There are more consumer complaints recently due to the quality of dry cleaning.

The Gaogang Consumers Association and the "12315" consumer complaints and reporting center have received complaints recently.


Recently, Huang came to the Gaogang industrial and commercial bureau to complain that his trousers were damaged in a dry cleaning shop at Xu Zhenye's middle road.

When washing trousers, neither side inspected the trousers carefully. The damage was original or improper washing. The two sides insisted on each other.

Under the mediation of industrial and commercial personnel, the two sides took a step back, and the dry cleaners compensated the customer Huang Yuan for 80 yuan. Huang himself was responsible for repairing the trousers.


Since March, a number of complaints about dry cleaning have been accepted by the sub Bureau.

In March 10th, Li Mou, the consumer of the front lane of the Gaogang District Port Street office, was sent to wash a set of high grade suit and found the wear of the right sleeve at the lower side of the right sleeve.

In March 27th, Jia, who worked in the Jurong Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group, sent a pure imported high-grade leather suit. When he took the clothes, he found that there were large patches of white spots on his clothes.

According to the analysis of complaints, it is mostly when consumers deliver laundry products that they do not have clear handover with operators, leaving behind hidden dangers.


The Consumers Association of Gaogang District reminded that consumers should send laundry materials to see whether there is dry cleaning equipment in the dry cleaners, and whether employees can operate according to the washing signs marked by clothes.

We should carefully fill out the written pfer slip, sign the liability clause for the damage to the clothes, clarify the amount of compensation and keep the invoice, so as to safeguard the rights and interests according to law in the event of such disputes.
