In the office, we often hear such complaints. Let's see him go to the boss office for a little report, too damn bad, and so on.

Actually, let's look at these colleagues from a different angle. Their industry has many advantages. We can learn more about the advantages behind their shortcomings.

There are always such a group of people in the office, who are glued to the supervisor's side. Maybe their performance is not outstanding, but they can be appreciated by their superiors.

People in this category are often unpopular with other colleagues.

But these so-called "flatterer" are actually the best people to communicate with others.

They take advantage of the communication method of the boss's identity, so that the head of the general manager thinks they are easy-going, intimate and responsive, so they will provide them with more opportunities for promotion or salary increase.

The most important thing in the company is team effectiveness.

When a team brings benefits to a company, someone always gets a special commendation, and when they encounter responsibility for fault, they can get away from it wholeheartedly. Such people are often regarded as "the villain who wins the battle".

In fact, "contention" reflects their strong ability of "self promotion" and knows how to grasp the key point of work.

When you ask them for help, nine times out of ten they will be rejected, so the reputation of being "not sociable" or "selfish" is added to their heads.

But these seemingly indifferent people are the best balance bars in the organization.

When a good plan comes out, colleagues are often swept away by victory. At this point, they can make objective and calm rational analysis from the outsider's point of view, find loopholes and make the plan more perfect.

Small groups represent the network of people. As long as they do not hate their opponents, they can promote work, and at the same time, you can get more information from them.

The boss should take the initiative to ask the opinions of leaders of small groups to inspire his honor, so as to lead small groups to benefit the company.
